How to fix errors:
Turn off Your Antivirus and start the launcher as a Admin.
If you get msvcr100.dll is missing or similair to it, then download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package.

It should work then.

Downlaod this and place it to the cabal folder. Overwrite it and launch it. Should work then.
