Either they were equipped in other character and you didn't notice or they were real time count-down items... 'Cause items just DON'T disappear w/o just cause from your inventory, and if they do either your acct is hacked or it's an alaplaya bug, in that case, I advise you to send a ticket to them.

That is a problem with the server you're in and your connection to alafailas servers. It has noting to do with IM.

Delete the version you have, delete S4IMConfig.txt in your S4L folder, restart pc, redownload IM r9n, remake the profiles.

For those who cant play s4 because of the damn virus put exepcions in 2 locatins
1- the paste where you going to put IM
2- System 32
the damn system 32 its the problem
i can play now so, plz try it

Sometimes you'll see it duplicate to the temp files too. So if I were you I'd put an exception over there too.

Hmmm. the NA server with that Item Manager doesnt work?
