as it stated in our terms of service ( YOU AGREED to because its not possible to purchase us without agreeing to it ) we provide a refund only if you won`t be able to inject our cheat after windows reinstall.
as i already mentioned in chat, and in dms between us, the issue you experience is from different cheat you used that corrupted your system, so i kindly asked you to reinstall windows, then for some reason you started telling me that "well actually my pc config is compatible with your requirements", and that wasn`t related to the issue at all, i asked you to delete latest kb win 11 updates to resolve this issue, but i didnt recognize the issue at first sight because i answered you directly after i woke up, then you started having an attitude and i had no other choice but to start trolling you because you didnt want help in the first place.

Yeah that happens when you're selling a digital product you utter idiot, in that case you have to refund the customer if the troubleshoot leads to nowhere. That's basic business management, and no, asking your customer to "reinstall windows" and pray that it fixes the issue without any further explanation is not one of that.
