you just send a message via bot that sorry for delay, a mod is notified, when clearly that was manually commanded.
Been waiting out here ages, and cant even get one reply from anyone.
I will look into it soon, I check tickets by order, half of my mods check them in reverse, so please ask any of my available mods if you really need my help specifically and they will rename your ticket to urgent then it will be to the top of the list.Quote:

The bot on the server provides you with enough information that any non customer ask for. It answers you instantly and automatically. Anything else will need to be accessed if you have a key. The server is a support server, we will not pay much attention if you will be asking us a general question, support are not paid to do that, so they will take you as the lowest priority possible. However if you are a customer and you provide the bot with your key and go through the process correctly, you will get better experience and support.Quote:

With the amount of customer they have. They must have hired more support to cater issues. I am thinking in getting the spoofer somewhere else
