That's not true, my friend.
I am a customer and I will say that the hack is pretty good and if it is not detected I think it is worth it but you have many things to improve. so all the customer service in my case has been the worst by far. it took you 6 days to solve 2 hack problems that were your problems, besides answering several times with more than 24 hours difference now you do not answer if you are going to compensate me the 6 days that the hack did not work. you know who I am and I hope solution
