well, i personally always play some time myself between botting. :)
There probably is a risk if you bot straight 3 days without playing by yourself once.

Im botting since a few weeks with this bot.

just look into it every hour or so to check if you got emp'd or got much deads :)
Would also be nice to stop botting if the cloak is gone. (please do it dev :) )

there is no way to detect is cloak gone without cloak cpu

both of you should know that doubler, pet protocols and range, your ship speed, map, population of server, everything affects the statistics

ALSO NOTE: after some hours collecting, YOU GET LESS URIDIUM PER BOX.
This is something Bigpoint did to counter the bots that used to box all day long. So like after a few hours, im not sure how many, you start getting less and less uridium.

does playing in between avoid that? :)
For example: "botting 23h"-"playing 1h"-"botting 23h"-"playing 1h".
