those who have previously purchased the license must pay again if not among the 75 people ?

He's not reviving .. tried it with "Time to revive 0/5/20 " with "Return to Map on/off " and with all escape options. Nothing works.. He's selecting the "Revive at spot " but doesnt klick repair !

yes but you will have desktop version. BG. Version its separated from desktop versión. You will be able to tranfer your license to BG versión if your bought is not major to 1 month
