Database\Chars\Charname.ini, if you took the time to read the threads.

im sorry to ask but where do i type /newacc to make an acc. this is my first pserver set up. i got everything up and going so far just need to make an acc. oh an when i tried to put /newacc in the login in client i cant put the "/" so im lost... or if someone could just explain what to change to make reg page would be better cuz i went in config can changed the ip in there but when i went to OldCODB/Webserver and clicked reg it reg to 75.127.85.93:8080 (thats not mine)

Ok so im getting a problem with the navi mysql when i try to execute the sql from OldCODB >> database.sql it starts and then nothing is being added to tables. Anyone have a soulution

You don't need to execute anything to Navicat.
It's a flat file database, so it has INI files.
Look through source and you'll see what I am talking about.
