Cracking SV DIY

I followed ur guid, but i cant use sv. I recive everytime the error: "Sorry, Username or Password Error!" What username and passwort i should use?

some ppls made trainers already.. but i didnt started doing it yet

I get an error when I try to "Write Code" in the "Auto Assemble" window in cheat engine when I'm trying to add the second code to conquer. The error is "Error in line 3 (CountrymakeinUS.dll+13E8D:) :this adress specifier is not valid.
