about +15 weapons, at that time you could dupe any items... you probably know...
So to have a weapon +15:
1) reinforce the weapon
2) IF SUCCESS: backup the weapon - IF BROKE: use the backup
3) do 1 and 2 again Until u get +15
(dont forgot to use alot of Fortune manual)

As drako said...u can dupe with WPE as well as u can reinforce/manipulate the reinforcement process by using WPE. If u dont know shit u better stfu and go to bed.
