The folders aren't there until you use the WDF extractor tool.

But if you create the folders then it will work fine and use the mods instead of the normal files which are still in the .WDF (it uses files that are in the c3 folder instead of the WDF file so that if they wanted to change any of the graphics it would be easy to do, without making all the files available to modify).

Basically what this means is that if you download a DDS, and cant find the folder you need to save it in, then create the folder, and it'll work perfectly.

I may seem like a newb, but when I go to place some of these files in to the folders you said to place them, some of those folders arent there.. can you help?
