The error you are showing there is that you already have a DataBase with that name attached to your SQL, deattach it and try again.....you know that it doesn't hurt to read the log you get, it actually helps

Deattach all the DataBases you have on your SQL (Shaiya DBs) and attach them all again

I notice some have issues attaching, when I encountered this issue, I was not running the program via Administrator. Try to run it like that before attaching. It may work for you or it may not, but at least it is another option to try.
