hi, me was telled that some freeshards now detect daochaxx..is it possible? does anyone know something about bans?

Sure it is possible. As i mentioned before, Uthgard has a system to detect it, not autoban tho, but you'll be visited by a GM. ;)

yep, just got banned with a free account lvl 1 char on uth with daochaxx :p a gm tp'ed me and ban me lol

i try now on eden, i will say u if ban :)

it dont work any longer on live and brotherland or uthgard

yesterday it worked fine on live and there was no patch since then.
So.. why should it be broken? :rolleyes:

maybe its like uthgard, i was using it scince 2 hours, i closed it so dnt used for 1 hour more, then a gm pop and ban me
They dnt have an auto ban, but they have the logs prolly, careful on live if its same

on live they are totally fucked up, im using it on a test acc, and yes they ban test accs, for three days.. and not really carefully. used it for 4 hours straight in bg.
Nothing happened :p

Edit: wow. es hat 4 tage gedauert, und ich war wirklich nicht zimperlich, bis nun endlich ein gm aufgetaucht is und den test acc gesperrt hat. wenn ich da an wow denke.. da waerst nach 1ma in der luft fliegen im bg nach 30-60min banned :)

When the Dragon Campaign started the Devs put some test mobs in there on the Test Server that the Team Leads would kill to get updated Dragon loot to look at and give feedback for. When the campaign hit live servers Mythic forgot about those mobs and they went to the live servers as well.

I messed around and flew up there 1 day and the mobs were there. Green con at 50 and insta respawned and dropped half an inventory of dragon loot per kill. After some people got suspicious on 1 of the clusters from some friends loading up merchants too fast the CSRs investigated and everyone got busted.

You can actually go to youtube and search Woodspryte or ICantBeBeat and see the vid that came form the banning.

hmmmm ich überlege grade das mal auf live auf einem älteren aktiven Acc zu verwenden... In wie fern checken die denn die logs (im Sinne jemand ist etwas schnell 50 geworden:P)?

Edit: @ lanara: Bist du sicher, dass wenn man die Heightmap editiert, man bei den Gegnern dauerhaft, solange man sich nicht bewegt, unsichtbar ist? Dachte man flackert dann trotzdem...

Wenn man die Zone tiefer legt, dann ist man, solang man still steht, für den Gegner nicht sichtbar, er kann einen aber facen, wenn er dich schon angeklickt hat. Das von dir beschriebene Flackern könnte ich mir höchstens vorstellen wenn man jemanden faced, dass man beim drehen des Chars kurz sichtbar wird.

Lustig ist das ganze vor allem auf PvP Shards mit Gothwaite als Map, da kann man sich schön als Heiler in den Boden stellen während ein Kumpel oben im Healspam alles farmt. ;) Er darf sich nur nich aus der Healrange bewegen und man sollte ab und an mal reloggen, sonst fällts irgendwann bei den /stats auf. :P

mal probieren, wenns mal wieder einen einigermaßen vollen PVP-Server gibt. Wie bannt denn mythic aktuell? Shadnexx hat letztens geschrieben, dass er für's Radar usen 7 Tage gebannt wurde, ich dachte aber, die bannen immer permament? Oder war das nur GOA? Oder war das zu den Zeiten, wo ein Spieler weniger nichts ausgemacht hat? :P

Denke mal das kommt eher drauf an, von wem man erwischt wird. Wenn es das erste mal ist und der GM grad einen guten Tag hat, dann gibts mit Glück auch mal nur 7 Tage, haste Pech und der GM grad Stress mit seiner Alten, dann gibts eben einen Monat oder Perma. :P

Und die Schwere des Vergehens ist auch ausschlaggebend, wenn du im RvR rumfliegst und jeden aus der Luft wegballerst, dann würd ich eher nicht auf 7 Tage hoffen. :D
