I have an idea. Make a special class that can fly in the air all the time once they hit level 50 or something. Then make monsters that can only be killed and can only attack through flying. Another idea would be to make a skill that lets you LEVITATE with any character once you become rb or 2nd rb then you can kill monsters that also LEVITATE. Of course archers will be able to attack the monsters that LEVITATE but that just makes it better. What these ideas would do is add a new level of gameplay. You would have ground monsters(bandits,etc), flying monsters(robins,etc) and then you would have levitation monsters that fly as high as archers do but they never descend.
