It is even acceptable to put a link that has a sponsor, or to ask any registration but asks that link cell phone numbers, documents, money to spend. And on top does not work right.
The idea here is not to help? If you want to charge for the help, create a site and set a price for files.
Actually at least those who put links to surveys, and entries that do not work at the end, is not helping, and even so, sometimes lacking with respect to the members.
