Do any of you happen to know if Merfin going to release a public TBC dungeon and/or raid weak aura pack for BCC or is all of the TBC Anniversary content subscription now?

anyone have the weak auras for paladin that works on tbc?? the one that share in here doesnt show idk if my level is to low but the rest is always showing even im at level 1
