We respond within 24 hours at the latest.

I opened ticket on Discord,because activaction code didin't work anymore.
Did not receive any response on the ticket.
After 24h ticket was closed.

What answer do you still expect from me? You purchased the product and then repurchased your key and you want a refund because it was a wrong transaction.

I cannot refund redeemed keys. Unless there's a particularly good reason, don't push me any further.

You are expected to send your key to the ticket for a hardware reset.
