Do not purchase. When you visit the website, it asks whether you want to purchase the 2v2/3v3 bot or the 1v1 bot. Once I purchased the 2v2/3v3 version, I was given the 1v1 bot a mode I don’t even play. To make matters worse, the bot is mediocre at 1v1 anyway compared to other available options.
I opened a ticket to ask why I was given the 1v1 version when I paid for 2v2/3v3, and I was told it is "under maintenance." Why allow customers to purchase a product if they cannot use it at all? There is zero functionality; it doesn't even appear on the launcher.
When I explained that selling a non-functional product is essentially a scam, the staff responded with: "Might as well listen, keep BSing and you're just gone, ICL."
The blatant disrespect from the staff is wild, especially considering I was just pointing out that they are providing a half-baked product. You would think that since they know the 2v2/3v3 bot is down, they would be apologetic for "playing" users by continuing to advertise it.
I do NOT recommend buying this bot. Not only are they selling the 2v2/3v3 version and only giving access to the 1v1, but the bot itself is mediocre at best. I lost 2 out of 3 placement matches using it... placements!
