Does silent aim actually work and does it show for spectators as silent aim or snapping?

Hello good morning, I was wondering if you could activate the Trial Test on my Forum account USERNAME : Form
I was looking for another provider to use since the one I used to use took process and stopped giving updates for Activision games.
