I have win7, and i made it work.
Pre-step: Install applocale, and start bot through applocale.

You might search for it, because its hidden well. Make .lnk on desktop ^^
1: Download it, extract it anywhere (for me, sro folder)
2: Start bot, a window appears with 3 buttons. Left button: lsyr.net, right button (left one): start bot, right button (right one): exit.
3: Usually 'start bot' doesn't work, in this case an information window appears, saying a chinese text, including "lsyr.net". It supposed to say, you have to register to lsyr.net.
4: Click then the left button,
(IMPORTANT: don't close the bot!!) your browser should open with lsyr.net. Top of the page on the right side there is a button saying register in chinese, click it, and register.
(translate chinese letters:

5: Whenever you are done succesfully, click start bot, it should open now.
IF IT DOESN'T:
When I registered (however i already had an account logged in, but it seems it doesn't matter)
and pressed start bot, the bot started. Later on I closed both sro and bot, and when i tried to start again, it didn't work.
If same to you:
Start bot, click lsyr.net, you are supposely logged in generally if your browser saves data.
Top of the site, there is a link that is logout (on user control panel, the link on the right side).
Click it, and if you are logged out, click start bot, then it should start.
Important: This is my experience, if still not working, keep trying. If nothing changes, sorry, i can't help more.
