Stripe doesn't support PSC. For SEPA transfers, I'm not sure what you think is not trusted, me or the payment system. The answer is the same in both scenarios: yes it is.

I did now, lv 58-60 + 2b Silver and 2 Snipes works fine, friendly and recommended!
