You said that you are not receiving confirmation email. And what you show now login server error(12)! You will be able to loggin we server is opened at 17:00 Server time (UTC) or after 1h and 20min

On my first Account i got the email.
On my second Account i didnt get the email.

PC limit is 2 and seems like it is working for everybody else except you. Wait 1 min when you try to relog, your bot is trying to relog too fast that is the reason for reaching the limit notice while you are off.
