Admins have said they're going to reduce the health and damage of certain uniques, though we won't be nerfing the probability of any stuns. W/W - W/R have around 5 stuns all around.. if we were to nerf these it would make them close to useless. I apologize if none of you are enjoying your time here in Vineea.
