Man, from 08/12 - 11/12 there is CBT = Closed Beta Test.
Server owner choosen some players for testing it.
You should wait for Open Beta Test.

Noone said so mate. It is still unknown when will be grand opening. Currently it is Closed Beta Test for 2 more days and then there will be Open Beta Test so everyone will be able to check what this server has to offer.
