CH and EU characters alone are balanced, the problem is with the outside eu buffs at pvp areas for example.
We believe the game is perfectly balanced by joymax.
If you can't win against a eu char with a ch char, you haven't learned anything in Silkroad.

When I was playing on isro sparta (10d), there were 3 strongest chars.
HA warrior, LA rogue (me), and armor glavier. No sun weapons.
Of course, wizards are the strongest if we consider the damage to monsters, but they are part of the game. Just like int spear char on an only ch server. Less hp, less defense, more power. Advantages, disadvantages.
Don't play any game then.

but if u look at isro now, joymax made a huge damage increase to balance against european damage since 2011 and now even a nucker can ks a wizard and these days players are looking for a good balance sever for chinese to pvp/play against european

I left around 2010 almost like everyone else. No idea what has happened since then.
I still think they wouldn't have published the eu race in 2008 if it had been overpowered.

We don't want players to be able to bug the stones.
And having a lot of 0% stones isn't funny.
Everyone would have their items full blued in 1-2 days.
There would be no trading and no value.
