The 3% luck scrolls doesnt effect the luck in alchemy that hard... Also u just get it from rlly high uniques

since there is no fu**ing decent server that is NOT only chin and people who finally want to have fun pvping with their favorite european char will end up playing a wizard and searching for ragnaros

i'm definitely not a hater, quite the opposite in fact, i'm trying to help just like i did on your previous project, but everything got ignored
all i'm saying is please don't rush in decisions about balancing the pvp part by making useless nerfs that have a high influence (in a negative manner)
Your comment is exactly on point. I am having same concerns as you about wizards dominating the server. For those features regarding kill numbers to work fairly something needs to be done. In that case my suggestion would be disabling warrior fences and pain in some restricted areas, like CTF & BA. So the damage dealer wizards wont be immortal, and other builds will be able to farm coins close to wizards, if not equal. Consider doing this if you find it logical.

I read trough the advertisement and didn't see mastery caps noted anywhere.

Obviously 200 will be set for Euros, but what about Chinese, like will the cap be 300 ?

Considering the fact this server is EUR/CHI I might give you a bold suggestion, I don't know if it will work, but how about giving CHI a little boost since server will be 100% dominated by EUROS.

So on to the point >> HOW ABOUT SETTING CH MASTERY CAP TO 360 <<.

It would give magic dmg boost to nukers (either having 60light/100ice or 100light/60ice ) to have comparable damage with wizards for uniques (60light gives 15%mag 100light gives 18%) chin chars also then would be more welcomed to unique/grinding parties. And also this would give str CHI chars more of a punch and defensive stats if they chose to go force for instance (having extra phy def (~50) or mag dmg (15%) if they chose to have 60ice or 60light)

I don't think this will throw off the balance of the game, and might lead to more diverse interesting builds among chin and server wouldnt be mostly EUROS since alternative CH chars would be fun.

I think these small options of having extra 60levels to play with will give more room to toy around with builds for chin (60pach for attack rating/ 60light for mag / 60ice for def even 60 fire for mag def if ppl chose to go light/ice 100)

Just a quick thought I had. Would be cool if this were to be tried out @ BETA at some point, and if it works out then... why not put it on live.

I can think of 10 other things then EU being the main issue in Silkroad.. every race/build has it's strength and weakness, how it should be in a mmorpg..
