I mean talking about for active player's and server. You can stay 5 year in the anyone empty server. So i think you will told me server not empty or full active. Admin's can make hight rate for alchemy or item drop rate's. I agree with this. But exp rate 2x so absurd. Sure this is only my thinking. Full botting will be boring. :) So player's will play this server i think admin's can care player's comment's. Or they can make vote about exp rate's.

This is why quest exp rate is higher then exp rate.
Do not forget. The leveling is the silkroad basic system. Ppls will botting with also higher rate. It does not change anything only the server prices (stall trading)
