[Release] Upgrade Tool

Update:

• Added multi-selection. You can either use CTRL + mouse click to select one item at a time or drag your mouse to select multiple at a time.
• Added missing Spectral Lancer graphics

Thanks God! This update would have been great when test 2 was open xD Damn it was a nightmare to update by hand
