Everyone needs to seriously go to their paypal and dispute their payments. I just did.

its as simple as disputing the payment on paypal for electronic goods.
Whether he stated you paid for subscription to a forum or the bot. If its the forum the site is down so TOA is not valid. If its a bot again TOA is not valid.

some guy looked into it, and found that the SV headwaters address is the same address that CO is in china just named differently, but its acctualy in the same building as TQ

EDIT: anyways JProxy auth server is back up WOOOOOOOOOOP!

No matter if the site is up, you're still bound by the agreement you've already made. If you dispute/refund the payment, that's considered fraud, sir.

yes it is, you were given the subscription for at least a min or two, therefore you have gotten your sub, it says in the T&C that you pay for a subscription and all about refunding etc...

And in atual fact if your subscription is still active then there isnt any issue, since you pay for a subscription, not for a working product.
