third i would like to share my opinion one the things this server MUST have to attract 80% of the Justac players
1. you must have more content, as it seems you have that covered, but it is important to have that on release.
2. you should run some server starter events such as first x amount of people to certain level, first guild, first uniques. That makes your opening day BIG and it sets a good tone for guilds/alliances to start to form.
3. you have to have a cc shop that is cheaper than Justac, not saying it has to be 50% of justac price but it needs to be cheaper to persuade people to buy again. I suggest a 50% decrease for the first week though to get the server economy going.
4. Buddy system needs to be functional with webzen rewards (scrolls, ashtals etc). This is big for people who like to play for free or for cheap, the people who play for free and for cheap are so important to the economy and population of the server.
5. DO NOT EVER give any "GM" items to people or have GM's with create ability. This will start what happens on every private server i now of, corruption and GM unfairness and lots of people quitting.

These are a few extra points that id LIKE to see but are not as important as critical as the above things that i feel you absolutely MUST DO to succeed.
1. Find a way to match Justac's back in time (dropable ashtal + scion). Im not saying for you to create new areas which to be honest is alot of work for no reason, being that the game is full of unused territory as it is. But making these obtainable in some way other than opening cc boxes is important.
2. Keep Exp rates low (not higher than 150%) and hold off on implementing sezarens and janus xp boxes until the server is at least 6 months old. This keeps people playing and makes levels matter again.
3. I think uniques need to drop at considerably higher rates than the posted 150%. Private severs must always maintain a "play-ability" to it that the main corporate version does not have. To me, farming non stop for uniques at the real rates is most dismal part of playing archlord, you can go days without any success all while spending time and money, and this used to be "ok" before combined uniques came into AL. The idea of spending 30 hours for 2 shutas and getting back achrondite in refine is a nightmare many will live, all while the guys who spend money can open some boxes to get premium ticket and take his int shuta easily. This will set a very large gap in power levels of the spender vs the non spender, which is not fun for either.
Am i saying it should be insane 5000% drop? no. But i do believe 500% is far more reasonable median for uniques on a private server.

2. Are the HH skills working properly? mainly asking about skill chance success and effects. Because if its like webzen, characters with fear skill is the only chars people will play :(...i think Justac did this part right actually, no effect but just unblockable damage.
3. are you going to have gold ticket exchanges? (would like that back in AL) and if the answer is yes, is it going to be as it was originally intended? Gold Tickets you used to be able to choose slot, refine, and stat. webzen stopped the stat addition but i think that should be back in AL. have a list of optional stats a person can add without OP stuff like +1 all stats. Phys Resistance +5% or like +5% skillblock would be something legit.
