Is there anyone from russia and also lives in russia and has registered to.Maybe that's true with IP block

There's no IP block. otherwise we wouldnt be able to start the launcher.

i'm from baltic lands. and when closed beta started it sayed that only russian and baltic ppl can play. but to me silkroad.ru don't work. so it's closed for now to all

But it is not normal, the server is open but there is no registration

i dont think so. they are doing anything on the server, cause they are on it 100%

anyway the missing informations lead me to the conclusion that the OB start hasnt been organized very well , quite a shame for such a company
on top of that they could have had at least put up a website some days before ...

If you say so i just hope they will finish this fast
