whats the difference of the lvl 2 Badge from this Proposed UG Badge?. :facepalm:
~ I thought lvl 2 Member is sort of like a UG Member. Considering lvl 2 members has their Badges now, so what's wrong if a UG Member too wants/ask for a Badge.;)
