The difference between PlayConquer & Conquer 3.0 is that PlayConquer has indeed the things pro4never stated better then the original but one of the most important changes is that CPBags & ExpBalls are being dropped by monsters which results into a very fair Play2Win game & economy.

Great server, I must say! Sure there are plenty of other servers more attractive but that's all, they get boring really fast but Epoch is not like that, from my own experience when I started playing on Epoch.
