Freeze map for example Desert scream + freeze mob for example pontus ferrum = you have mobs from pontus on DS map. Understand now?

But will this actually make mob freeze as in like they wont attack back and move?

Or just having them in place you chose?

Because now i have mobs in Desert scream from Port lux but they still move and attack back

They wont chase you in some places. Virtually you are on port lux map, so if you
find place where normally mobs cannot stand they stop chase.

Change rane from 0 to for example 50. You will se that you can hit mob from huge distance.
That don't works for some skills. Remember, more distance = more misses.
And yes i need help. I need astral board fore some time to find character speed value. :P
