hy diablo you need to check .bat launcher of your client it's normaly like this :

with ip, port like on your auth.opt file
for example : N:io.auth.port:8841

if you haven't /cash /commercial_shop i'm remenber that can add your problem ( on 7.4 or 8.1 i don't remember )

Execute the attached .sql targeted to your Telecaster + use the Telecaster SMP fixes from my [HOW-TO] Setup 9.1 and your billing will be fixed

S db.preset_00:Test|127.0.0.1|1433|Arcadia|sa|mypass word|

because i can't stage my crea =S

you can delete the pass ,
