I know this, and it cant be fixed. Since DayZ 0.50 patch, itemtables got messed up and not every single item shows up in them.

Thats bad, but we have to be happy that we have at least something. And it still shows most of items :)

Have you checked if any antivirus is blocking this programs? Or firewall in case.

Would there be a way to filter out certain items from showing up on ESP? Maybe as a future thing.
Like say you have "Other" ESP on but you want it to only show certain items from that category and not highlight everything. Maybe just something in a file where we can comment out what items we don't want to show up.
Just a thought, not sure how feasible it is.

Thanks for feedback. Maybe in future, i've also thought about config file, where you could set your "starting parameters" so you can decide what features are on by default when launching hack.

These are just ideas, i dont promise anything.

Dude thats a bug with the game not with the hack every speed hack does this im not sure at all if it can be fixed.

Yes Nextidave... every speedhack makes your character invisible to you temporarily if you go fast enough.

When I try to use the speed hack, it just moves my character really slowly, like half a meter from where I originally stood. How do I exactly use this and is there way to increase from medium to high? Thanks <3

Turn off item esp for speed, its bugged with current update.
Arrow keys for turning speed lower/higer
