Hey, here's a odd request.. Dont know if u can help me or not or if this request is in the right thread, buuuutt.

Is there a way to determine a Gameserver Hostname AND/OR IP address?

I'm doing some exploring, and I'd like to finger the servers, and do traceroute.

Trying to figure some stuff out with my game as to why it's so damn laggy, and if it's using a redirect I'd like to investigate possibly modding my client to just do a direct connect on an anonymous IP.

I got some interesting ideas, but I need to see what kind of server software they are using, "LINUX/UNIX, Or Windows Server."

I'm sooo sick of lagging to death, I'm on 16 Megabit, it shouldnt be happening when I'm on a secure, clean connect with onlyShaiya running. Also I think if I succeed at my idea the "Fast Mode" Fade to black glitch can be fixed, all it seems that is causing the problem is a missynched packet correct?

And yes I can send the game to a friend to have it decompiled, but thats alot of work if what I want is allready known how to obtain.

Any help would be GREAT!!!!!!! =D

If you can get me this info I might have a way to remove client lag.

multi-login with same account - NO
Unlocked HM/UM - NO

Both of them are impossible to do. I've been doing tons of research on the packet system of shaiya and I have a very good understand of how the game communicates between the client and server. I can tell you that the toon creation of a hard mode toon is checked server side.

I have vista 32 bit and a vista 64 bit system. I downloaded the .net 2.0 like it said for the 32 bit but there is not one for the 64bit sys you have to go .net 3.5. still in either case i can't get it to work even after directing it to the game.exe i put game in the first line manually as well. Can you help or is it just not possible for vista to run the warehouse and merch hack. Thank you very much for your time

Kaurosan's trainer isn't working and from what I hear, lots of other things no longer work due to the massive update from AEG on March 31st.
