Honestly where you went wrong is exp is pretty low you should put a reasonable rate not too high.

buddy, it's x10 server configuration, i just simple set 10 ... lower or higher, i think no ... it's fine, we have good refine system, at least can enjoy full +10 +15 +2 items in several months still better than enjoy it in 5-7 days

Then put other exp cards because I don't know how to get GC big coins for xp cards, how to get things is a mystery. If your exp was higher there would be more players you know.
