If it still doesn't work, disable your AV, and try to open "http://api.refboo.st" manually. If it doesn't work, something is blocking it.
something is blocking it but the problem is that its not working for many people...its not just me and im sure people already asked you about it
and this bot and your falcrum bot did work for me 4.16patch and now falcrum also dont work for me for the same reason[yes i donated]

ps
forget to say i turned off AV and FW both at same time redownloaded the bot and same problem

Did you install the aio-runtimes? I uninstalled the latest java and then it worked for me.

I've installed it and the application keeps telling me that there is an error connecting to the server and that i should turn off my firewall/antivirus. I've disabled both and it still doesn't work. the download only goes to 110kb and then finishes, says it cant open the zip file after. Or i just cant download it from the link at all... any help?

Check the time on your computer.. Change it to your time zone and sync it to internet time.
