It doesn't work. When I hit restore in the waiting room and than click start, It says I need to wear something before I can start. :(

Because you change the 3 weapons, I'm sure about it.
Change only 2 weapons.

I think it's a bit obvious that you should change 2 weapons, you can change 3! but you can only wear 2 changed at a time.
