Turtle riders is so rare, i have only shooted 1 since the event began, but as the announcement said if a server shooted the event turtle island and reach the needed amount for it, the day next the spawn of turtle raiders will increase
Edit: 12-2 spawn every few seconds, dunno about other maps :)

14 day long event and in 1 day I have harvest enought soul's for all avalaible buffs and soon enought for ship design as well, lol.
