I edit a files and delete old sql and load new sql and it write error maintence or problem with net

Can you help me, please ? :(

I replaced request.php and client_cfg.php with my old files in htdocs.

I edit Ip's and other stuff of course i import the database, but when i want to connect to
my server it says "Connection with server has been lost" what i am supposed to do ? :(

i will tell you why they din not learn PHP .. they will make Server but the only thing they do is that they wait to the time when somebody else will make the files and then they download it a say : "Hey i have make a great private how much will you give me ?"
