I have trouble getting it to work with chrome as well, I would recommend using the Internet Explorer version. If for some reason you can't do that which I do not see why not as Internet Explorer is preinstalled in Windows.
Close out chrome, and go straight to the game upon reloading chrome, do not load any other website. As soon as the game loads, Then and only Then should you load the trainer, After that, you should be able to use the cheats, but do not load up any other website, only have the game and the trainer open.
