But why it has features from Silkroad Online?
Like thiefs,traders,hunters,that elephant,even the name.
If it wasn't sro2 joymax would've sued them.

That's not true, actually. Even the original SRO was called 丝路传说 in China.

Well yeah, it's called Silkroad Kingdoms 2, but the original that we call Silkroad Online was also called Silkroad Kingdoms (丝路传说) in China.
Whatever people claim, this is a/the sequel to SRO.

丝路传说 stands for Silkroad Legend, not Silkroad Kingdoms.

This is obviously a sequel of the original Silkroad, but it doesn't mean:
A. That this is the real Silkroad 2
B. That this is the Silkroad 2 project that Joymax started

The more I look at it, the less it looks like the real Silkroad 2, but rather a bad chinese copy.

Yeah, that's true, it's indeed Silkroad Legend. It's also called Silkroad Kingdoms though, I'm not sure why.

I personally also doubt it's what Joymax was working on, they haven't published any information at all. Even the financial reports don't say much about SRO 2.
On the other hand, it was launched almost right after the official Chinese SRO's publishing deal ended. That and that they still use (an edited version of) the original Chinese logo imply that it's at least in some way 'official'. I'm pretty sure WeMade knows about it, I'm guessing they gave Silent Typhoon the rights to use the IP in China for probably a large amount of money. WeMade is obviously trying to get rid of the original SRO and I think they just made this deal to cover SRO's (future) losses. Other than that, I don't think Joymax/WeMade had much to do with it.

Because it's based on Silk Road

My theory is:
> CIMO hire a company for develop a sequel to Silkroad, as Joymax took very long to finish Silkroad 2 and Chinese players are hungry of more Silkroad
> CIMO gives a shit about copyright or licensing names/concepts, so they released the game on china as a sequel of the original Silkroad, when Joymax heard about it they terminated their licensing and gave CIMO a dead-end for close their Silkroad 1 servers, CSRO closed in less than a week after all
> CIMO owns the srocn.com domain, so they decide to use it for promote the self-made sequel

And this theory is pretty much confirmed after I got ingame finally. This game is pure crap, the engine is full of flaws, the game-flow is poor, the WASD movement is a joke (its not even real WASD), collision system on mountains is ridiculous (you can bunny-jump most of them and reach pretty much any place on the map). There are so many problems in this game that I don't think it will get better when the beta ends. I am preparing a full review full of hate and criticism, which will be posted in my blog ASAP.

I don't understand it when people say "graphics are bad"

Remember what SRO 1 was like in Closed Beta? It looked like something from the 90's

When the game hits final version, I guarantee 90% of people will be like "aww my PC can't handle this game :("

I can play Bioshock Infinite on max settings on my computer without major lags, but Silkroad Kingdoms made my PC drop FPS randomly for no reason at all. The reason it requires so high hardware is not because the graphics are good or bad, but because the engine is poorly optimized.

And I can continue: The water looks like jelly, the transactions between enviroments is too violent (first time I saw it I got scared cuz the whole game changed the visual, LOD and fog), the terrain mesh is being generated when you walk near it, so it looks like the ground is moving like quicksand.
