Mate it's easy

Loads nfsw
Load gift redeemer
Choose gift from drop down
Will open a new browser page just hit continue twice an wait for the counter
Then go in your inventory in garage to gifts

man, use sumrando( you need to change proxy before you choose gift) and make internet explore default browser

Don't feel left out, Very random it seems. Just try every day for the next couple days. I tried it yesterday and got nothing. Tried it today and worked perfect.

Yeh ur right its working for me now. didn't used any proxy, worked with google chome and my own ip. its just like occasional bug just wait for ur turn.
PS: there is a limit of items i redeem around 25 after that i get no gift.
