Lol I read all of your posts and... IM IN LAUGHT... Can't you just wait untill server will fully work? i've got Chineese friend and he says the same (ERROR) and he says that all the Notices was NOT about ban for all NON-Chinese so you all need to wait a bit untill server turns on :).
