Used two times the bot with the trial key, it doesn t place offers, just open the windows of trading post.... free trial is finish, can you do something for me to try again after your new release?
I m not going to pay for something not working at all, just want to give your bot a second chance to convince me.

You can sign up for another free trial and download the newest version of the bot and going through the instructions again. Looking at your log file it doesn't look like you followed the instructions correctly and that will cause you problems. I added a new guide to go through the instructions so hopefully that will help you out.

This bot has 0 support. im a paid user. Loosing gold every day ( 70g lost in just 2 days )

Lol the first time you asked for support was 4 hours ago and the bot has 0 support? Secondly you havent lost any gold, you have 92 buy orders up. And you just started using the bot 2 days ago. Maybe you should learn how to use the bot first and understand how the black lion trading company works before making statements that your losing gold......

i like the way it update buy orders for you, really handle to always get inventory in, as far as selling goes, does it match current lowest seller or will it undercut by a copper?

It will match the current lowest seller. The marketplace is a last in first out system so undercutting is useless

Though I will soon be adding the option of letting the user decide if they want to undercut by 1 copper or not

Is there a difference between Free and premium account?
I am planning to buy the premium one, but I wanted to know if I will get any advantages. Also, is it 100% guaranteed that my account won't be banned after using this on premium?

Yes a free account has certain restrictions on the number of items it will trade and buy. Also as a free member you have more options to customize the bot in how you want to trade. I can't guarantee 100% anything but so far anyone who has followed the instructions correctly has not been banned.

Hello, can I run this bot if gw2 is minimized? Say I am editing in photoshop can this bot be running in the background with gw2? Or must I have this bot and gw2 open at all times and unable to switch windows.

Yes you can run the bot while gw2 is minimized but some of the functionality of the bot will be disabled. You can look on our website for more info
