Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in C:\xampp\htdocs\KERNEL-DOCMS\Init.php on line 16

in local host i try everything but i can't solve it i copy it again to htpdocs but not working
i use xampp

ok so you download it and going into Emu folder, then in Emu and press the application? the darkorbit simulator?
i open it and then nothing happens...it pops a window says that its starting darkorbit emulator for...
