I can take the newest csro-r files reduce cap to 80, leave in everything up to takla and claim its isro back fom 2006.
Theres no point in using these files because the same effect can be easily achieved with editing the newer ones.
There is no oldschool shit, there was just oldschool community and now its gone to shit. Close your thread and dont bother with this shit for at least a couple of months.
Second. Using the new files and reducing the cap to 80 go ahead. Server will be shit like ever other server.
