If you take a look into the log there is an entry: "Still Upgrading. Item: LF-4 Upgraded: 99% Using chance: 50%"
So there is an 50% chance to fail or success.
Another story is when the Item upgrade is successful and the log says "failed to upgrade". But this BUG was fixed in 1.0.1.5.

Hi all

I think the next update will be very unpopular :(.
With 1.0.1.9 there will be advertisings in the UpgradeTool (10 seconds when it starts and 10 seconds at the end).
You can close the advertisings by clicking on it. But the tool will still wait 10 seconds to start or to get removed from the RAM memory.

Dont forget this tool is free and it will be free!
